Something I've been learning these last couple of months: we all feel the same way. No matter what the feeling, we all think we're alone, but we're not.
I think I'm a drain on people's time and someone would only spend time with me out of the goodness of their heart.
But I've spent time with two people in the last couple of months that I somehow managed to find out felt a similar way.
You're not the only one that feels different. You're not the only one afraid to be yourself.
first of all, you make me so incredibly happy, i hope you know that.
i like what you said about we all feel the same. the emotions may be different, the situations different, how we respond, different...but ultimately we are left with the now and the not yet conundrum. we feel isolated in our human-ness.
it's so amazing to be shocked into the reality that i am not as alone as i think i am.
